as Papua New Guinea's 1st  investment   bank  in   mid
1987. Its major purpose is

Leasing

The company has available (or can arrange) operating leases, finan- cial leases, leveraged   leases and  equity  leases  for  any of the ff:

Commercial Loans and Guarantees

· Denominated in Kina for short to medium term requirements.
· Off shore finance may also be arranged through our overseas
  connections.

Loan Syndication And Distribution

· Syndicating loans on and off-shore for financing of projects.
· Assisting financial institutions to rationalise their exposure to
  borrowers by acting as an intermediary in the distribution of loan/
  debts

  PNG where appropriate

The Bank is also actively looking for direct equity participation in either existing or new companies.
